How to open command terminal using shortcut key in windows

First you need to create "cmd" shortcut, then use it.
Let's start,   
  • Type   "window" +  "R" key, then write "cmd" and hit enter.

The terminal dialog box is open. Now, You are observing that the terminal is not as "Run as administrator".





So, follow This steps to open "Run as administrator".

  • Type "window" + "R" key, then write "system32" and hit enter. 

  • Now search the "cmd" and Right click on "cmd" then "Sent to" as  "Desktop (create shortcut)"

  •  After Save "cmd" as Desktop , Go to Desktop and Right click on  "cmd" shortcut , then "Properties" .
  • After that set  "Ctrl" + "Alt" + "T"  in the "Shortcut Option.
